I wrote a six word story.
Pretend it happened to someone else.
Bury it deep; pretend to forget.
Never let a problem control you.
Acknowledge it has no real power.
Bought a Crack Puppy and hugged.
"Take out a Restraining Order."
THE END
Burn it. Have a drink. Smile.
All it took was absinthe.
Rest now, Susan. It's your time.
Wasn't actually important. Moved on.
Ponder quiet. Scribble. Exhale. Step forward.
Take a deep breath; face it. #6words
"Stay usefully busy. Pace your grieving."
Things change. It's all they do.
When all else fails, lobotomize?
Loved you. Forgot you. Who's next?
She left. I cried. Another came.
Go and hug a teddy bear.
Name it. Wave goodbye. Start anew.
Enjoy what's left. No regrets.
Be an adult and move on.
What doesn't kill, sometimes still maims.
Weep, meet, kiss, repeat!
Breathe and start again.
Darkness is over. Sun is waiting.
Put on lipstick. Hold head high.
Suck it up!
Door closes. Open window. Have faith!
I imagined you. You weren't real!
She stopped breathing. I called Anne.
"Forgave it, forgot it, moved on."
